In Dynamics 365 for Sales Professional, we don’t have those access rights. In Dynamics 365 for Sales (Enterprise edition) app, we do have the Marketing List entity. If you’re looking for functionality like email marketing or marketing automation, you won’t get that in Dynamics 365 Sales Professional - and you should instead look to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise edition in tandem with ClickDimensions.
